What venues do you serve?
We are happy to recommend contacts for a number of various types of locations whether you desire a beachfront venue, private villa, or a palapa setting.
What food do you specialize in?
We have the advantage of having a diverse group of chefs who are knowledgeable in local and Mexican cuisine as well as Mediterranean, cuisines of Asia, France and the Americas. We have training in nutrition and can accommodate allergies and special dietary needs.

Do you offer tastings?
We are happy to provide tastings in order to design a personalized menu for larger affairs such as weddings.
Do you offer classes or other activities?
Yes, we have experience doing group classes such as specialty cocktails, food and wine pairings, local cuisine, pasta, sausage, cheese or pastry making. It is a creative way to celebrate with friends and family on your special trip.
How do I reserve a date?
We require a 50% non refundable deposit to reserve the date. Please send us an email for more details.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours cancellation notice.
Do you provide bartenders and service staff?
We have a sommelier and mixologist on staff to provide you with wine pairings or your signature event cocktail, non-alcoholic options as well. We are happy to provide professional and experienced support staff.
We are more than happy to recommend other vendors including, photographers, locations, flowers, or music.
